Biographical Information

Dan McShea has pitched in the independent leagues and been a college coach.

McShea was a starting pitcher at Ole Miss. He allowed one run in 7 innings for the Baton Rouge Riverbats in 2002 then was 3-7 with a 2.59 ERA, finishing second in the Southeastern League in losses. He then became an assistant coach at William Carey College and North Forrest High School (2 years). In 2007, he became head coach of Motlow State Community College, going 131-164-1 in his first six years.
