Dan Hartleb

Dan Hartleb has been a college coach.

Hartleb was a baseball and football star in high school. He hit .305 in two seasons as catcher at Southern Illinois University after transferring from junior college. He was a graduate assistant coach in 1989-1990 and earned his Master's from SIU in 1996.

Hartleb was pitching coach at the University of Illinois for 10 years. He was associate head coach in 2001 and became head coach in 2005, succeeding Itch Jones.
