Biographical Information[edit]

Dan Donahue was a baseball executive who owned the Atlanta Braves from 1973 to 1975. He also served as the club's president. Previously, he had served as part-owner, a member of a larger ownership group that In 1976, he sold the team to Ted Turner.

Outside of baseball, he was a venture capitalist.

He served in the United States Navy during World War II.
