Damon Neidlinger

Damon Neidlinger is currently head coach at Santa Rosa Junior College. He was an assistant from 1996-2000. In 2001 head coach Ron Myers took a one year sabbatical and Niedlinger was named interim head coach. He led the team to the division title and was named Bay Valley Conference coach of the year. In 2003 Ron Myers was named athletic director and Neidlinger was promoted to full-time head coach.

Neidlinger has coached the Bear Cubs to two CCCAA State Championships, (2005 & 2016) and a second place finish in 2017. He played college baseball at California State University, Dominguez Hills.

Neidlinger took sabbatical leave in 2019 and was replaced by Ben Buechner then returned in 2020.
