The DSL Blue Jays East have played alongside the DSL Blue Jays West in 1992 and 1993 when the Toronto Blue Jays had multiple Dominican Summer League affiliates instead of one DSL Blue Jays team. In 1991 and 1994, the Blue Jays fielded DSL Blue Jays 1 and DSL Blue Jays 2. Kelvim Escobar played for the team.
