Clovis Redlegs

From BR Bullpen

The Clovis Redlegs only played part of one season, disbanding on June 16, 1957 due to poor attendance even though they had the best record in the league at that point. At that point, the parent Redlegs took over the Wenatchee Chiefs of the Northwest League, and Clovis manager Bert Haas and a majority of his players were transferred to that team, which went on to win the league championship.
