Biographical Information[edit]
Clem Koshorek was an infielder for 14 years, from 1946 to 1959, two in the Major Leagues and 14 in the minors. He served in the U.S. Army in World War II (GB). He played for the Pittsburgh Pirates in 1952 and 1953, although 98 of his 99 career games took place the first year. At 5' 4½", he was one of the shortest men ever to play Major League baseball. He died at age 66.
