Clayton Knight was the center fielder for the US Virgin Islands national team in the 1974 Central American and Caribbean Games. He hit .325/.341/.425 and fielded .912. His 17 total bases tied Romel Wallace for the team lead, as did his four RBI. His four runs tied for second on the team, 3 behind Joseph Cendimen. Among qualifiers, he was second on the team in average, behind Burnett Thomas.
