Biographical Information[edit]
Chuck Scrivener was a back-up infielder for three years with the Detroit Tigers in the 1970s.
He played with the Toledo Mud Hens from 1971 to 1973. He was also with the Evansville Triplets later in the decade.
He is the nephew of Jack Crouch, cousin of Jack Crouch Jr., minor league infielder in the Tigers chain in 1958-1959, and son of John Scrivener, minor leaguer in the Washington Senators' chain in 1935-1936.
