Biographical Information

Chuan-Chin Tsai pitched for the Taiwanese national team in the 1972 Amateur World Series, 1973 Intercontinental Cup and 1974 Amateur World Series. He also served in the Air Force from 1972 to 1974. Tsai then became a high school coach, who coached the Qiang Shu High School and the Dong Shih High School.
