Biographical Information

Christian Christopoulos has played for the Greek national team.

Christopoulos was 4 for 21 as a freshman at St. Peter's College. Transferring to Brevard College, he hit .217 in 2011 and improved to .312/.361/.404 as the starting catcher in 2012, throwing out 43% of attempted base-stealers. He played for Greece in the 2012 European Championship, going 3 for 10 with two doubles, a run and two RBI, though he had an error and allowed 11 steals in 13 tries. Both RBI came in the 7th/8th place game, in which Greece beat France.
