Biographical Information

Chris Peters pitched six seasons in the majors and nine in the minors. He was at Indiana University at the same time as Kevin Orie.

In July of 2007, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported that Peters was a salesman at South Hills Chrysler, Jeep and Kia and working for FSN Pittsburgh. In 2015, he was hired back by the Pirates as a left-handed batting practice pitcher, something Neil Walker had been urging the Bucs to add.
