Biographical Information[edit]
Outfielder Chris Durkin played in the Houston Astros system from 1991 to 1994 and the Los Angeles Dodgers system from 1995 to 1997. He was drafted by the Astros in the 3rd round of the 1991 amateur draft and was signed by scout Kevin Stein.
In seven professional seasons, he hit .256/.359/.422 with 47 home runs, 213 RBI and 94 stolen bases in 459 games.
