Biographical Information

Chin-Tsai Chen played for the Chinese Taipei national baseball team in the 1976 Amateur World Series. He then became a long-time coach for Chinese Culture University from 1997 to 2019. Chen coached the Chinese Taipei national baseball team in the 2003 Baseball World Cup, and also coached the college national team in the 2002 and 2004 Universiade.
