Biographical Information[edit]
Chia-Hao Chang pitched for the Taiwanese national team, and in the CPBL.
Chang represented Taiwan in the 1990 World Junior Championship and 1994 Baseball World Cup. He allowed only one hit and 3 walks in five shutout innings in the Baseball World Cup. The Sinon Bulls signed Chang in the 1996 season, but he didn't pitched well, and allowed 10 runs in just 5 2/3 innings pitched. The Bulls decided to turned Chang into an outfielder in the second half of the season. He batted .271/.302/.339, but declined to .191/.278/.255 in 1997. Chang batted .248/.339/.357 in 1998, and the Bulls released Chang on the end of the season.
