Biographical Information

Infielder Chen Lin played for the Shanghai Golden Eagles in the China Baseball League, and he hit the first double of the CBL on April 26, 2002. He also played for the Chinese national team in the 2003 Baseball World Cup. He hit .130/.130/.261 and fielded .944 as a LF/3B, but he was only one of two Chinese players to homer (Weifeng Qu was the other) and his 3 RBI were second on the team, two behind Qu.
