Charlie Blaney

Charlie Blaney has been a general manager for several Los Angeles Dodgers affiliates, as well as serving as their farm director from 1987-1998, when they were producing many major leaguers. He became president of the California League starting in 2010, the same year he was inducted into the Florida State League Hall of Fame.
