Biographical Information[edit]
Charles Reese played on-and-off from 1905 to 1913. As a pitcher with the Adrian Yeggs in 1910, he went 18-12 in 33 games. He hit .377 in 255 at-bats for the Talladega Indians in 1913.
He was one of four managers for the Argenta Shamrocks in 1908, replacing Roy Geyer and being replaced by Art Riggs. He began as the manager of the Helena Hustlers in 1911, but was replaced by Con Harlow partway through the season. He managed Talladega for the entire 1913 campaign, leading them to a 6th-place finish.
