Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Charley LeBrun played eight seasons of minor league ball. He began his pro career with the Milford Red Sox in 1947, going 8-6 with a 4.04 ERA. The following year, he went 19-11 for the Oneonta Red Sox and led the Can-Am League with a 2.62 ERA. He had his finest season with the Norfolk Tars in 1952, going 23-4 with a 1.87 ERA and leading the Piedmont League in wins and earned run average.
