Biographical Information

Pitcher Chad Durbin played in the major leagues from 2000 to 2013, getting into 456 games in all. From May 6-June 23, 2000, he had an absolutely brutal stretch of four consecutive starts in which he gave up a total of 26 earned runs in 7 2/3 innings, for an ERA of 30.52. No starting pitcher since then has had a higher ERA in a similar stretch.
