Biographical Information[edit]
Cesar Jimenez pitched in the minors leagues and the CPBL.
Jimenez began his professional career with the Atlanta Braves, and he was 3-4 with a 3.18 ERA for the GCL Braves in 1983. He went 2-2 with a 2.35 ERA in GCL in 1984, and he was 8-4 with a 3.25 ERA for the Sumter Braves in 1985. Jimenez went 7-8 with a 5.12 ERA for the Durham Bulls in 1986, and he improved to 3-4 with a 3.82 ERA in 1987. He had a 4-1 record with a 4.24 ERA in Durham in 1988, then he left the Braves organization. The Uni-President Lions of Taiwan signed him in 1993, and Jimenez was 3-2 with a 3.86 ERA in 9 games. He also pitched 2 games for the Albany-Colonie Diamond Dogs in 1998.
