Cesar Carrillo has pitched in the minors.

Carrillo debuted in 2010, getting roughed up for the Olmecas de Tabasco (17 H, 7 BB, 12 R in 6 IP). In 2011, the 20-year-old was 2-0 with a 5.60 ERA for the Tigres de Quintana Roo. A LOOGY, he worked under 18 innings (26 H, 11 BB) in 35 outings. In the 2012 Caribbean Series, he was the youngest member of the Yaquis de Obregon. He pitched 2/3 of an inning and allowed one hit.
