Biographical Information[edit]
Carlos Quiroz was a second baseman who played for the Nicaraguan national team in the 1941 Amateur World Series (listed as an outfielder that year), 1944 Amateur World Series, 1950 Central American and Caribbean Games (leading second basemen in fielding - 35 chances without an error), 1950 Amateur World Series and 1951 Pan American Games. He managed Nicaragua in the 1961 Amateur World Series.
