Carlos Molina

Center fielder Carlos Molina was the first batter in the history of the Guatemalan national team; in the opener of the 1930 Central American Games, he went 2 for 4 with a run against champion Cuba. He finished at .235 and fielded .778 in the outfield. His four swipes were one behind event co-leaders Jesús Torrijos and Francisco Torrijos.

Additionally, he also competed in the 110-meter hurdles (winning the Bronze Medal), pole vault, javelin toss and pentathlon.
