Carlos Márquez Cedeñ (Puruco)

Biographical Information[edit]

Carlos Márquez played for the Vaqueros de Bayamón, Azucareros de Yabucoa, San Lorenzo, Vega Baja, San Sebastián and Vega Alta in the Puerto Rican amateur league, winning titles with Yabucca in 1994, 1995 and 1996. He also was with the Puerto Rican national team in the 1995 Pan American Games. He also managed in Puerto Rico's amateur league before his death at age 49.
