Biographical Information[edit]

Outfielder Bruce Cranshaw played in the Brooklyn/Los Angeles Dodgers system from 1957 to 1959. His first campaign, with the Kokomo Dodgers, Cranshaw slashed .266/.336/.396 with 13 home runs, 75 RBI and 10 stolen bases in 122 games. With the Great Falls Electrics in 1958, he batted .319/.412/.465 with 30 doubles, 14 triples, 113 runs scored, 89 RBI and 15 stolen bases in 134 games. He tied Eddie Reed for the Pioneer League lead in triples. Back with Great Falls in 1959, he hit .319/.425/.406 with 70 walks to just 46 strikeouts in 105 games to wrap up his career.

Overall, Cranshaw hit .301/.391/.425 with 407 hits, 270 runs, 63 doubles, 18 triples, 23 homers, 212 RBI, 27 steals, 203 walks and 206 strikeouts over three seasons.
