Biographical Information[edit]

Third baseman Brock Wilken slugged 31 home runs with 82 RBI, while slashing .345/.506/.807, for Wake Forest University in 2023, prompting the Milwaukee Brewers to take him with the 18th overall pick in the 2023 amateur draft. The year prior, he hit 23 home runs with 72 RBI. His signing bonus was $3.15 million.

Within his first few professional games with the ACL Brewers, he'd slugged another dinger. He made it all the way up to the AA Biloxi Shuckers of the Southern League during his first professional season, appearing with three different teams. In 47 games, he hit .285/.414/.473 with 5 homers and 29 RBIs. He was injured a few games into the 2024 season and played one rehab game in the Arizona Complex League in early May before returning to Biloxi.

His uncle, Kris Wilken, player minor league baseball, reaching AAA.
