Brain Reinke has been a college coach.

Reinke set school records for batting average, walks, RBI and fielding percentage while in college. He was an assistant at Augustana College then at Trinidad State Junior College for 4 1/2 years. He was interim head coach at Trinidad for one year, going 44-14 in 2000. He was assistant coach at Midland College from 2001-2005. He was hired as head coach of University of Texas of the Permian Basin in 2006. He was 147-11-4 after five years there.
