Biographical Information

Brett Kondro was picked by the San Diego Padres in the 45th round of the 1995 amateur draft out of high school. He did not sign and went on to junior college, then pitched two years for South Carolina. In the 1998 Baseball World Cup, he pitched one game for Team Canada, a complete game win over South Korea. He allowed nine hits and a walk while striking out three in a shutout.
