Biographical Information[edit]

Shortstop Bob Tewksbary played in the independent Canadian-American Association in 2006 and 2007. With the Worcester Tornadoes in 2006, he hit .234/.352/.356 with 1 home run, 19 RBI and 29 walks in 56 games. He played for Worcester and the North Shore Spirit in 2007, hitting .208/.296/.292 with 1 home run and 8 RBI in 16 games.

He had been a good hitter while at the University of Vermont, hitting .357/.441/.561 in 46 games in 2003 to win America East Conference Player of the Year honors.

He later became a hitting instructor, eventually becoming CEO at Pelotero, a software company that focuses on player development.
