Robert L. Schroeder
Bob Schroeder was a replacement umpire in the National League in both 1978 and 1979. That first year, he worked one game when the regular umpires staged a one-day strike on August 25th, and the next year he worked 9 games as the umpires struck again at the beginning of the year.
