Biographical Information[edit]
Bob Moose pitched a no-hitter for the Pittsburgh Pirates against the New York Mets on September 20, 1969. Following this he gave the Pirates several creditable years as a starter and reliever. He died in an automobile accident on his 29th birthday, October 9, 1976.
