Bob Godlewski has been a college coach and a scout.
He scouted for the Tampa Bay Rays for seven years. He also has coached for the College of Saint Rose, Columbia Greene Community College, Castleton University and SUNY Adirondack. From 2014-2018, he was head coach at the College of St. Joseph, restarting a program that was defunct for 7 years. He led his team to two USCAA World Series titles in 2016-2017. He then was coach at Bryant & Stratton College in 2019.
