Biographical Information[edit]

Bob Gandy played in one game with the Philadelphia Phillies on October 5, 1916. In two plate appearances, he went 0-2. After his baseball days, he worked as a janitor at a terminal in Jacksonville. He can be compared to Walter Plock, as Plock and Gandy were both outfielders who had brief careers with the Phillies, both stood at 6'3" and both weighed 180 lbs.
