Blooper
Blooper is the mascot of the Atlanta Braves. He is a tall furry beige humanoid with trumpet ears and a large nose - but no mouth. He wears a Braves jersey with number 00 and large sneakers, but no pants. Introduced in 2018, he was supposedly created by fans from a special "mascot-making machine". Contrary to previous mascots used by the Braves that were based on Native American themes - but with limited cultural sensitivity -, such as Chief Noc-A-Homa, Blooper is simply meant to be funny character who appeals to children and adults alike.
During the Coronavirus pandemic in 2020, he took advantage of the lack of fans to wear some extremely sophisticated costumes depicting sometimes obscure memes from popular culture. He could let his imagination run wild, given there was no need to interact with anyone and visual impact was the only thing that counted. For example, he spent a game dressed as the late painter Bob Ross from the popular PBS television show from the 1980s, producing a picture for the absent fans while intermittently appearing on camera during the game broadcast.
