Björn Henrichs is an infielder who currently (2009) wears #12 for the Amsterdam Pirates. His Hoofdklasse debut was in 2001 playing for Neptunus.

Henrichs hit .208/.275/.215 as a 2B-SS for Amsterdam in 2005. In 2006, he batted .202/.283/.202 while fielding .976 as the main second baseman for the Pirates. During the 2007 Hoofdklasse, the infielder hit .252/.329/.268 while fielding .935 at second and also seeing some action at short. Henrichs only batted .139/.232/.181 for Amsterdam in 2008, as Zaïr Koeiman began taking over at second base. He appeared in neither the playoffs nor the 2008 Holland Series, which Amsterdam won.

He played at the 2009 European Cup with the Pirates, going 0 for 7 with two walks between the Matino and Barcelona phases.
