Biographical Information[edit]
Billy Berry is a college coach.
Berry was All-Conference three times at Bluefield College while earning a degree in physical education. He was an assistant at Mills Godwin High School in 1999-2000, winning the Virginia state title in '99. He was an assistant at J.R. Tucker High School in 2001-2002, finishing second in the state in 2002.
Billy became a college coach in 2003, an assistant at Bluefield College. He was head coach there in 2004-2005, going 46-57 and setting a school record with 25 wins one year. He then moved on to Tennessee Wesleyan College, where he was named Appalachian Athletic Conference Coach of the Year his first four years, going 169-63 overall. They set a school record for wins with 46 in 2007 and finished the year ranked 7th in the NAIA.
