Biographical Information

Pitcher Bill VanBommell was traded with Reggie Jackson and Ken Holtzman to the Baltimore Orioles for Don Baylor, Mike Torrez, and Paul Mitchell on April 2, 1976. VanBommel was the only player in the blockbuster not to make the majors.
