Biographical Information[edit]
Bill Stellberger pitched one game for the 1885 Providence Grays, at the age of 20. He was less than half the age of first baseman Joe Start, who was 42. He later played at least three seasons in the minors.
He is not to be confused with a later player of a similar name, Bill Stellbauer.
