Biographical Information[edit]
Bill Rodgers appeared in three games for the wartime (1944-45) Pittsburgh Pirates, going 2-for-5.
Bill began in the minors in 1942 as a pitcher, gradually converting to the outfield. Much of his minor league career was spent in the Eastern League.
He is not to be confused with Rawmeat Bill Rodgers.
