Biographical Information[edit]
He pitched in the Cuban Winter League during 1948-49, with a 1-2, 4.58 record in 10 games for the Havana Reds.
The book "The San Francisco Seals, 1946-57" indicates that Reeder came from Rochester to pitch for the Seals in 1952, and was the Opening Day starter in his last professional baseball year. He was 2-9 for the 1952 Seals with a 5.93 ERA. He had pitched for the Rochester Red Wings from 1947-1951, going 33-25. His big year was 1948, when he was 19-12 with a 3.19 ERA for Rochester.
