Biographical Information

Bill Meehan had a bit of a tough time in his only outing in the majors as a pitcher, giving up five runs in four innings of work for the 1915 Athletics. However, in his one at-bat, he got a single, thus retiring with a major league batting average of 1.000. He was with the Wilkes-Barre Barons for most of 1915, going 11-9.
