Biographical Information[edit]
Bill Forman pitched three games in the majors for the Washington Senators in 1909 and 1910. He was a year older than teammate Walter Johnson.
Through 2008 he is the only major leaguer with the last name Forman, although there are several named Foreman. He is also the only one with "Orange" as a first, middle or last name, although Rusty Staub had the nickname "Le Grand Orange".
He was born in Venango, PA, in northwest Pennsylvania, and died in Uniontown, PA in southwest Pennsylvania.
