Bill Fagler has been a college coach.

Fagler coached at Lincoln Northeast High School for 22 years (252-209) and coached American Legion baseball for 14 years (330-176). He became head coach at Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2006. After a 14-22 debut, he improved to 20-20 in 2007. NWU was 21-20 in 2008 then 28-13 in 2009, when the school set a record for wins in a season. The club fell to 13-18 in 2010. At Northeast High School, he coached Joba Chamberlain.
