Biographical Information

Outfielder Bill Dixon played in the San Francisco Giants system from 1960 to 1964. He hit .301/.414/.453 with 9 home runs, 63 RBI and 71 walks in 115 games for the Quincy Giants in 1961, in what was arguably his best season. The next year, he hit .306/.397/.484 in 186 at-bats.

Overall, he batted .270/.369/.386 with 13 home runs, 134 RBI and 154 walks in 345 games.
