Biographical Information

Bill Burgess was a baseball researcher known largely for his extensive knowledge of the life and career of Ty Cobb. He was referred to as a "Cobb scholar" in the book Ty Cobb: A Terrible Beauty (Charles Leerhsen, 2015). His research, largely aggregated on Baseball Fever and Baseball Guru, was referenced in many books.
