Biographical Information[edit]
Bill Breckinridge served in the Army in Europe during World War II(BN). He pitched 3 games for the Athletics in 1929 and was on the team's World Series roster, although he was not used. He was at Dartmouth a year before Red Rolfe started.
Notable Achievement[edit]
- Won a World Series with the Philadelphia Athletics in 1929 (he did not play in the World Series)
