Biographical Information[edit]
Betty Rusynyk was an All-American Girls Professional Baseball League pitcher who played for the South Bend Blue Sox in 1943. Her nickname was "Mac."
She later spent eight seasons with the Savanna, Illinois All-Star team and 5 years with the Lakewood, Ohio Rangers.
