Beauport, QC

Beauport is a suburb of Quebec, QC, located on the north shore of the St. Lawrence River, immediately east of the provincial capital. One of the oldest cities in North America, Beauport was founded in 1634 and existed for over 350 years until it officially became part of Quebec City in 2002 as a number of municipalities in the province of Quebec were consolidated. Martine Nadeau was born here.
