Biographical Information

Artur Strzalka made his pro debut in 2015.

Strzalka signed with the New York Yankees in July 2013, the first player signed by a MLB team born and raised in Poland. He attended the Major League Baseball European Academy in 2013. In the 2013 B-Level European Championship, the lefty was the worst hurler for the Polish national team. He allowed 9 hits, 5 walks and 8 runs (6 earned) in 4 2/3 IP in a loss to the Ukrainian national team.

Strzalka made his pro debut with the GCL Yankees 2 in 2015, going 1-0 with a 5.11 ERA in 10 games.
